1. Service Description

• Travel Power provides individuals with access to a 1-hour one-on-one online mentorship session via Zoom.

• These sessions offer strategic advice and insights to help you start or grow your business.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website.

• Payment must be completed in full to confirm your session.

• Payments are processed through a secure, RBI-compliant payment gateway.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

3. Session Confirmation & Delivery

• After successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

• The email will contain Zoom meeting details and session instructions.

• Sessions are typically scheduled within 1–3 business days from the date of payment.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice to be eligible for a full refund or a rescheduled slot.

• No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• If the Company cancels the session for any reason, You will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. User Responsibilities

• Ensure a reliable internet connection and Zoom-compatible device at the time of the session.

• You may not record, redistribute, or publish the content of the session without prior written consent.

• You agree to use the Service in a respectful and lawful manner.

6. Intellectual Property

• All session content (ideas, documents, resources) is the property of Travel Power or the respective mentor.

• This content is for your personal and non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Travel Power provides advisory and informational services. Outcomes vary by individual and we do not guarantee business success.

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.

8. Privacy & Data Handling

• Your data is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We do not sell or share your personal data without consent, unless required by law.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

• Jurisdiction for any disputes shall lie exclusively with the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.

10. Amendments to These Terms

• We may update or revise these Terms at any time.

• Changes will be published on this page and, where necessary, communicated to users.

• Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 

11. Refund Timelines

• Upon receiving & approval of the refund request, the refund shall be processed within 7 working days since the request.
